Manjaros cuisine is based on a fusion of African cuisine and Caribbean delights. The spices come from the heart of Africa and the Isles of the Caribbean Coastlines. Selected dishes have been prepared to create a sensational deliverance of spices commonly used throughout generations in Africa and the Caribbean Islands. The famous “Manjaros Sauce” used in most of our dishes is made from a fine selection of natural ingredients from the plains of Africa to the Caribbean Coastlines. This signature sauce comes in a variety of spicy flavours from the very mild alligator peppers to the hot bird eye chilies.
